ASHLEY GRAY
Owner & Stylist
Ashley Gray is the owner and full-time hairstylist at ash. She is beyond excited to have opened doors and share with you her salon and wonderful staff! Ashley graduated from the prestigious Graham Webb Academy over 12 years ago and has since thrived in the industry. She is known for her artistic haircuts and her beautiful "lived-in" hair color. She loves doing beautiful hair with an edge, whether its slightly messy or rooted. She is a really well rounded stylist specializing in balayage, color melts, various forms of extensions, precision and texture cutting, short haircutting, Brazilian treatments, and bridal work. Ashley takes pride in keeping up with her education, traveling around the country to stay inspired and up to date on the latest trends. She offers great conversation and a fun personality and calls herself a "hairapist"! In her off-time she enjoys traveling, working out, friends and family, wineries, and fun restaurants.
FRANCESCA MAKOWSKI
Hairstylist/Makeup Artist
Francesca has been in the beauty industry since 2006 and really brings a range of expertise to ash salon. Over the years she has styled numerous photo shoots, created stunning make-up in anything from bridal to runway looks, educated her skills to other stylists, and worked behind the chair creating magic! She is a color expert and really enjoys a corrective color challenge or a total transformation project, and also enjoys giving movement and texture to the hair with her cutting skills. She loves teaching her clients new tricks to work with their own hair. With a warm personality and a funky edge, Francesca will make you feel right at home. She spends much of her free time with her husband and children; loves music, food, and coffee!
NIKI KALFAMANOLIS
Hairstylist/Makeup Artist
Niki is a full-time stylist at ash. She has been in the industry for over seven years and throughout, has attended numerous shows and classes so she can always offer her clients the latest trends. Making her clients feel beautiful and refreshed is her main priority! Although she is skilled in hair cutting, her passion is color; both classic and dramatic. She specializes in color corrections, vivid coloring, balyage, and Brazilian blowouts. She is also certified in multiple types of extensions. Niki enjoys taking her clients on full transformations through color, cut, style, and makeup. If you are in a beauty slump, let our little spitfire take care of you! In her spare time, she loves to travel, cook, sing, and spend time with her family.
SHAUNA DUROSKO
Hairstylist
Shauna is a Senior Stylist who attended Graham Webb academy. She has been in the industry for more the 20 years and enjoys hair more now than the day she started. Specializing in women’s cutting and creating dimensional color using up-to date techniques, she loves making people feel beautiful. She regularly attends classes in order to keep up with the latest trends and techniques. She is married and has two beautiful daughters. In her free time she loves to travel and is always looking for the next adventure or hip town .
CHARLOTTE DELAWDER
Hairstylist
Charlotte has had a passion for hair since a young age. She started in the salon industry at 15 and has been continuing her education ever since. Charlotte is now an American Board Certified hair colorist. She takes exceptional pride in her precision mens cutting and grooming. Although she enjoys cutting, her specialty is in hand painting hair color. She loves constant education and the ability to pass that knowledge onto her clients.
ROCKY KING
Salon Manager/Makeup Artist
Rocky is a Washington D.C. native now living in the Culpeper area. He recently spent 4 years in NYC working on and honing his makeup skills. With over 10 years of experience, Rocky has worked in many facets of the makeup industry including film, fashion and celebrity events. With three seasons of New York Fashion Week under his belt, Rocky has returned to the Northern Virginia area to get back to his roots in everyday beauty. With his background from MAC Cosmetics and TiGi Cosmetics, Rocky fins his strengths in multicultural beauty. No matter the color or tone of the skin, Rocky can provide everything from day-to-day looks to special event glamour.
Rocky is a fun, energetic and outgoing guy. He enjoys the local farms and wineries of Virginia. Good food and great company are the things that make him most happy.
AGNES CONSTANTINO
Eyebrow & Lash Artist/Microblading
Agnes has over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. Started her career as a Hawaii-based free-lance Makeup and Hairstylist. Her passion for the industry led her to become a Medical Aesthetician. While working with plastic surgeons, she went on to be a Certified Surgical Technologist in order to better assist her patients during their entire cosmetic make over process. She also holds a certification as a Laser Technician and a Master Aesthetics Instructor. She holds various certifications in the Aesthetic field such as Advanced Medical Peels, Lash Lift, Microneedling, Radio Frequency Treatments, Cryolipolysis. In Addition, Agnes is a Permanent Makeup Artist and trained in Microblading with a world-renowned Phi Brows Academy Master Artist. Agnes believes in continuing education in order to always deliver state of the art, top-notch services to her clients

Mandy started out having a passion for makeup as a teenager. However, after high school she became intrigued by skincare when she worked as a beauty advisor at Dillard's. She attended Aveda Institute South in Austin, TX studying Esthiology Biology and obtained her Esthetic License. In the summer of 2013, after graduating, she moved from the city life to the country life of Marshall, Virginia. She started her Esthetic career at a resort setting and later fell in a franchise spa to expand her clientele and experience. While working, Amanda decided to attend Dermal Science International in Reston in 2016 to further advance her career of passion. She became certified in Laser and IPL skin rejuvenation and earned her Master Esthetic License. Mandy specializes in facials, advanced treatments & hair removal. Her favorite treatments are peels and microdermabrasion because they are instantly gratifying! There is nothing more satisfying to her than to see her client glow.
She loves spending her free time with family and friends. Mandy is an animal lover, she has two pitbulls named Athena and Homer and one cat named Hannibal. She is married to her best friend of seven years and they are expecting a baby girl in November!
HALEY ROYSTON

Haley has been doing makeup since the 6th grade, honing her skills and technique all from her love of makeup and her natural talent for its application. Haley has worked as a freelance makeup artist and as the makeup artist for weddings at The Inn at Poplar Springs. She is known for her variety of applications of the "smokey eye". Her passion is making people feel beautiful, and she believes that the best makeovers happen when there is a collaboration of ideas between the client and herself. She will always talk through your usual makeup routine to get a real understanding of what you are used to. Then with her knowledge, skills, and up to date and professional makeup kit, she will ensure that you are happy with the end result. She will be sure to create a customized look for you that meets all your wants and needs. Haley is constantly seeking new trends while maintaining a classic sensibility. Whether you would like to explore glamour chic or maximize your natural beauty, Haley invites you to an enjoyable and artistic experience.
EILEEN REESE,BSN RN
A graduate of George Mason University, Eileen Reece is an experienced aesthetic nurse specialist. In her more than 30 years in aesthetics, she has worked with cosmetic surgeons and dermatologists, and has done thousands of BOTOX and/or DYSPORT administrations as well as dermal fillers; she is also experienced in laser resurfacing. Her expertise in aesthetic procedures has earned her recognition as among the best in the nation for soft tissue augmentation.
Throughout her career she has trained MDs, DOs, PAs, and RNs in the art and science of injection techniques, and continues to do so. For example, both Allergan (makers of BOTOX, LATISSE and the JUVEDERM line of fillers) and Galderma (makers of DYSPORT and the RESTYLANE line of fillers) have used Eileen Reece extensively on the east coast to train other medical professionals.

Kela Carlson became a massage therapist in 2004 and a master esthetician in 2009. She’s been mastering eyelash extensions for the last 3 years. Kela is absolutely obsessed with the transformation eyelash extensions give. She married her knight in shining armor 9 years ago and has two of the sweetest kids ever. She loves spending time with friends and family, providing quality work to all her clients, holding all the snakes and snowboarding. Simple as that.
