Cancellation Policy: All reservations are held with a credit card or debit card. We ask that any cancellations are made 24 hours prior to appointments via phone call, or email—no texts. Cancellations 12-23 hours from your appointment time will be charged 50% of service. Cancellations less than 12 hours from your appointment time, and no-shows will be charged 100% of that service.

Massage Therapies
Swedish, 50min, $125
This classic European massage technique is designed to promote relaxation and improve circulation while reducing muscle tension and stress. Through light pressure, this gentle massage technique helps to increase oxygen levels in the blood, decrease muscle toxins and improve circulation and flexibility.
Deep Tissue, 50/80min, $130/ $165
Similar to Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage is designed to release chronic muscle tension through deeper pressure. This technique focuses on deep layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia.
Trigger Point, 50/80min, $125/160
Trigger Point Therapy relieves pain by releasing constricted areas in the muscles. This is a targeted massage that uses cycles of isolated pressure and release to alleviate the source of pain, reduce chronic injuries, and help muscles function properly.
Detox Massage 80min total treatment, $220
Our new detox massage will leave you feeling totally renewed. You’ll start off with a full body dry brushing to promote circulation and slough off dead skin cells (your brush is yours to keep). Your therapist will consult with you on your areas of concern and create a truly custom 50 minute massage for you combining elements of swedish, deep tissue, and lymphatic massage based on your discussion. Warm steam will be applied to your back and a custom blend of rosemary, lemon, and peppermint detoxifying essential oils will be mixed with a carrier oil and used during your massage.
Hot Stone, 50/80min, $125/160
Water-heated hot stones are placed on specific parts of the body as the techniques of a regular massage are applied. The hot stones promote deep muscle relaxation, sleep, and can reduce feelings of stress and anxiety.
Prenatal, 50min, $125
Massage therapy during pregnancy can help with fatigue, muscoskeletal pain, sciatica, edema and others. We require that you consult with your physician prior to scheduling a Prenatal Massage. This massage can only be done in the second or third trimesters.

TMJ, 20 min, $50
TMJ Face massage focuses on the jaw, neck & scalp and is designed to treat TMJ dysfunction and migraine headaches caused by grinding and clenching of the jaws. TMJ disorders arise due to the overuse of our jaws through talking, chewing, or stress clenching. Relieve any TMJ discomfort with an intraoral massage to increase your jaw’s range of motion, decrease pain, clicking and/or spastic jaw.

The healing process of tuning fork therapy is based on the knowledge of acupuncture, knowing where the energetic pressure points are on the body, and how our chakras work.
