Education is a core part of our culture. To stay current with evolving trends, all stylists receive an annual education stipend for continuing education of their choice, along with ongoing internal and external training opportunities.

We’ve developed our own in-house apprenticeship program featuring weekly education classes and hands-on mentorship with experienced stylists. If you’re licensed—or nearing licensure—we invite you to reach out to learn about current openings. Stylists with fewer than four years of salon experience complete 12–36 months of advanced training under our Master Stylists before earning a chair.
