We are a training salon with our own in-house apprenticeship program. As a result, our stylists are thoughtfully tiered by experience, education, and expertise.

 

Owner

Ashley trained at the Graham Webb Academy in 2005, building a solid foundation in precision haircutting. Early in her career, she traveled across the country to advance her expertise and earn certifications through renowned programs such as Unite and Redken Academies. Passionate about education, Ashley developed our apprentice program and remains dedicated to learning—regularly attending industry events and hair shows to stay current with trends and techniques. She loves all aspects of hairstyling, especially color, cutting, and extensions, and finds great joy in inspiring her team while staying at the forefront of the industry.

Master Stylist
With 9–10+ years of experience, extensive advanced training, and thousands of hours behind the chair, Master Stylists represent the best of the best. These highly skilled artists often mentor and coach our apprentices and junior stylists.

Seasoned Talent
Stylists with 5–8+ years of experience who have completed advanced cutting and color education and consistently demonstrated a high level of skill, proficiency, and expertise.

New Talent
Stylists with 2–4 years of experience who have successfully graduated from our apprenticeship program. They are well-trained in cutting and color fundamentals and are continuing to build their professional clientele. Availability may be more open compared to veteran stylists.
