cancellation policy
At Ash Salon + Spa we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation. You can leave a voicemail any time to cancel or send us an email at appointments@salonash.com. Do not text to cancel.

Cancellations 12-23 hours from your appointment time will be charged 50% of service. Cancellations less than 12 hours from your appointment time, and no-shows will be charged 100% of that service.
​
Our staff is on commission and cancellations without proper notice prohibit other clients on our waitlist from being able to fill that slot. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld we require a credit card to hold any appointment while booking, however you will not be charged until your appointment is complete. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy.

DRINK POLICY
We offer wine, beer, bubbly, water, coffee and tea to our customers. All patrons must be 21+ to drink our alcoholic beverages. We offer a limit of two alcoholic drinks per appointment to ensure the comfort and safety of all our clients and staff. Please enjoy responsibly.

payment POLICY
We take cash, debit or credit cards. Well established customers may pay by check. A 3% credit card fee will be automatically added during payment. To avoid that fee you may pay with a debit card or cash.​​

GRATUITY POLICY
Tips are not required but always appreciated. If you choose, you are able to leave gratuity for your provider via cash or we have Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay information for all service providers.

CLIENT POLICY
We are an intentionally inclusive company and welcome all into our salons. We do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful to our staff or clients, or makes a member of our staff uncomfortable in any way.

CLIENT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We want you to love your hair! If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days so we can offer an adjustment. At this appointment, at no charge to you, we will work with you to make the results to your satisfaction. We will make every effort to schedule your adjustment service with the same stylist who performed the original service. If that stylist is not available we will put you with another qualified stylist.

RETURN POLICY
Products are eligible for a return up to 14 days from purchase. All returns must have proof of purchase, either a receipt or record of purchase under a client profile. Products must be unused in order to be returned for a full refund. Used products that are more than 3/4 full may be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Tools, brushes, and accessories are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

If you would like to try a product before purchasing you can ask to try a sample.

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used to make the payment. Example, if a purchase was made via Credit Card, will be refunded to the credit card that was used. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM
We have a loyalty points reward program where you earn a point for every dollar you spend. Points are redeemable on products in increments of 500 with a maximum of 1000 points ($20) at a time.

referral program
We love it when our clients refer us to their friends and family members! When referring just tell them to tell us you referred them and they get $10 off their service and you get 250 reward points.

club cards
We have club cards for waxing, blow dry bar, massage, GLO2 facials, esthetic services, and lash extensions. Every time you get a service, have us mark it on your card and earn 20% off, 50% off, or even a free service!

birthday club
Let us know it's your birthday month and get 15% off purchases you make that month!
Green Circle
As of July 1, 2024 we are a Certified Green Circle Salon. What does this mean? It means that up to 95% of service waste is now being recycled and turned into sustainable plastics, commercial insulation, clean energy, and environmental use products.

Things that we recycle as a part of this program: hair clippings, foils, metal, plastic, paper, hair color (including bleach and toner), single use products like gloves, waxing materials, etc.
​
We are so excited to be participating in this program and doing our part to create a cleaner environment for ourselves, our children, and grandchildren.

Salon Waste Facts

In the U.S. 63,000 pounds of hair is thrown away and it does not decompose. Hair is recycled into commercial insulation, sustainable plastics, and hair booms for use in oil spills and storm water filtration.

110,000 pounds of aluminum are used daily in U.S. salons—that is half the weight of a commercial airplane! Did you know, aluminum can be recycled infinitely?

42,000 pounds of excess hair color is washed down the drain daily in the U.S. This ends up in our drinking water and soil. Green Circle sends color to a chemical waste recycling facility where it is turned into clean energy or separated into water and oil with the clean water returned to the water system and the oil converted to fuel.

Single use materials, like gloves, waxing materials, etc. also get recycled and turned into clean energy.

Paper and plastic—cups, bottle caps, etc. is also recycled by Green Circle.

To make all of this possible we will have a $2.00 Environmental Service fee added to each appointment. We are sensitive to adding these costs to services but feel very strongly about doing our part to lessen the environmental impact our service industry causes.
